Cancellations must be postmarked, faxed, or emailed to America’s Essential Hospitals by May 24 for a full refund. Written cancellations made between May 24 and June 7 will be granted, less a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after June 7.
Registrations are transferable among individuals from the same organization at no additional charge through June 7. A $150 processing fee will apply for any transfer requests received after June. Complimentary registrations are non-transferable.
All deadlines are through midnight ET of the specified date.
