Cancellations must be postmarked, faxed, or emailed to America’s Essential Hospitals by May 1 for a full refund. Written cancellations made from May 2 through May 29 will be granted, less a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after May 29.
Registrations are transferable among individuals from the same organization at no additional charge through May 29. A $150 processing fee will apply for any transfer requests received after May 29. Complimentary registrations are non-transferable.
All deadlines are through midnight Eastern Time of the specified date.
